fix: replace bucket units in the braised pork elbow recipe (#1894) 
The ingredient table listed oil as 1 bucket and rock sugar as 5
buckets. The steps already say the oil should cover about 3/5 of the
elbow and the sugar coloring uses 200 ml. Use those amounts.

Fixes #1885

- 363 个菜谱全部重新生成描述（30-300字，覆盖特点/营养/难度/时长）
- 134 张图片 alt 规范化：菜名-预览图-N 格式

- 修复所有手动 lint / textlint / markdownlint 错误
