The LO for the UBX can fail to lock in some cases where timed commands
are used to tune. The LOs on the UBX use a map to select the VCO
band. These changes give access to the maps for each LO and add a
calibration for the maps. This allows users to develop a calibration
that suits their use case.

On the new RFNoC with UHD 4.0 architecture, Basic/LF dboards use
a new operating paradigm. The streaming mode (real mode or
complex) is determined by setting the antennas (to A/B or AB/BA
respectively). Basic/LF RX dboards also support 2 frontends (0 and
1), and Basic/LF TX dboards support 1 frontend (0). This new
behavior only applies to applicable RFNoC devices (currently
X300/X310).
All pre-RFNoC devices (i.e. USRP2/N200 and earlier) maintain legacy
behavior. RFNoC with UHD 3.xx branches also maintains old behavior.

The TwinRX dboards only support a master clock rate of 200 MHz, which is
now emphasized in the manual. In addition, the meaning of tick rate,
sampling rate, and master clock rate in the TwinRX context is explained.
The selection of frontend modes (AB, A, B, BA) is now enabled on X3x0.
Unlike older USRPs, switching the frontend is done through the antenna
API (e.g., usrp->set_rx_antenna("A")).
