- Add support for the new USRP B310, a PCIe/Thunderbolt-based device which
supports 2x2 RF channels at up to 100 MHz bandwidth per channel.
- Add support for X410, X420 and X440 variants with locked FPGA
- Update underlying OE version on embedded devices to Scarthgap (5.0 LTS).
Note that some of the MPM updates require this update.
- Update underlying OE version on embedded devices to Scarthgap (5.0 LTS)
and Linux kernel to version 6.12.
- Migrated the MPM RPC transport layer from mprpc (msgpack-RPC) to gRPC/Protobuf,
impacting all embedded devices running MPM.
* New Features
- X420 and X440:
- The X420_X4_200, X420_CG_400, X420_X4_400 and X440_X4_200 FPGA images now use
fixed fabric resamplers (3x) and RFDC resamplers instead of RFDC resamplers alone.

non-repeatable phase offsets, a custom image must be built.
