760b868f21 Fix message with larger size than 255 
According to the standard a message has a maximum size of 268435455 and
the size is calculated dynamically.

Update test to verify bigger messages.

b365a93c39 Make willMessage a QByteArray 
Just like any message to be published, there is no string requirement.
Instead it should be bytearray.

4b1f0ad535 Move stressTests to benchmarks 
This speeds up testing all classes. Benchmarks are not needed all the
time.

2c441a542f Add support for retain flag when publishing 
Retain causes a message to stay on the server and to be published for
any new subscribers.

Added a test case as well.

c41e8d06ca Add QMqttControlPacket::appendRaw 
This allows to add data without internal modification by Qt. For
instance for a non-string based bytestream.

1954071191 A packet header can only have valid command values 
Introduce UNKNOWN for setting invalid ones to be able to more easily
check the state of a packet.
