Also, remove optional dependency to websockets, which is not
part of Qt 6.0 and fix compile error against unsigned comparison.
Switch default test configuration to not launch TLS brokers.
Latest COIN updates causes paho to fail in the SSL setup.

qWarning could potentially quit an application while it is easily
possible to recover from an error state. Hence avoid usage of qWarning
inside the module.

For MQTT5 testing we need to load a test configuration to specify
certain limits (i.e. packet size) and to launch multiple brokers (V3.1.1
and V5 concurrently).

PYTHON3_PATH only returns the directory containing python.
If the environment variable is not set, assume python3 to be in the
path.
Circumvent potential issues when launching the broker, but broker not
being ready to handle connections.

Introduce common header to handle broker identification. By default the
paho test broker which gets provisioned on the test machines will be
used.
Still it can be overwritten by specifying MQTT_TEST_BROKER to point to
another location.
